this week I have two!!! (well. sort of!)
The first are my pink & pretty Cupcakes made for MB's Birthday that I blogged
here. She turned 8 and she was really pleased with them
And next up are my Raspberry and White Chocolate profiteroles. An idea I came up with a while ago but the sauce gave me trouble. This weekend I cracked it. You can read
here how Mr P and I got it sorted and made these beautifully light little mouthfuls filled with a pretty pink raspberry cream......Mmmmm!
So there you are, not 1 but 2 and one not technically a cake!
